Kime Builders completed a tenant improvement for Curo Pet Care at 3321 La Cienega Boulevard, Suite C in Culver City, transforming 2,891 square feet of existing commercial space into a fully built-out veterinary clinic. The project included selective demolition, construction of new non-load-bearing partitions, upgraded flooring and finishes, custom millwork, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty equipment to support exam rooms, treatment areas, and back-of-house operations. The build-out was carefully coordinated within a mixed-use podium building and tailored to meet the functional and operational needs of a modern pet care facility, resulting in an efficient, well-organized clinical environment for staff and patients.
