Kime Builders completed an approximately 2,180-square-foot medical office tenant improvement for Sollis Health at 2811 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 850 in Santa Monica. The project converted the existing suite into a fully functional medical environment with new non-structural partitions, ceilings, millwork, plumbing fixtures, utilities, and finishes. The new layout includes a reception and waiting area, provider office, multiple exam rooms, laboratory, staff room, IT and storage spaces, janitor room, and an accessible single-user restroom. The buildout also incorporated specialty medical infrastructure, including a mobile X-ray area, radiographic shielding, dedicated power and data, extensive plumbing connections, and upgraded mechanical systems with new rooftop condensing equipment. The result is a highly coordinated, modern healthcare space that combines the technical requirements of a medical facility with a clean, comfortable environment for patients and staff.
