Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and a proven track record of successfully overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.

  • Supervise and provide leadership to the construction team, including subcontractors and vendors.

  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, and internal team members.

  • Resolve any project-related issues, delays, or conflicts that may arise during construction.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and progress photos.

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe work environment for all personnel on site.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of [5] years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, overseeing commercial or residential projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within budget and schedule constraints.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in using construction management software and tools.

  • OSHA certification or other relevant safety training is preferred.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
