Kime Builders delivered a comprehensive project for Instant InfoSystems’ 15,000 square foot building located at 435 North Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach. The project involved a full interior remodel of the third-floor office space along with targeted first-floor lobby upgrades, ADA accessibility improvements, and extensive exterior enhancements. Scope highlights included new accessible restrooms and break room, upgraded glazing throughout the building, a redesigned main entrance with architectural canopy and stone veneer, improved site access and parking compliance, and structural upgrades to accommodate modified shear walls. All work was completed within an occupied, fully sprinklered three-story building and designed to meet current California Building, Energy, and Accessibility codes, resulting in a modernized, code-compliant workspace that enhances both functionality and street presence.
