5th Floor Office Buildout, Beverly Hills, CA

Kime Builders completed a full-floor tenant improvement at 9300 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills, renovating approximately 12,300 square feet across the entire fifth floor of the historic Wilshire-Rexford Office Building. The project transformed the existing commercial space into a highly customized workplace featuring a large reception area, open office and workstation zones, private offices, production and online bays, conference rooms, a boardroom, kitchen, coffee area, print/supply space, and a variety of specialty work areas. The buildout incorporated extensive custom millwork, specialty reception and coffee pods, breakout areas, upgraded ceilings and lighting, integrated power/data infrastructure, and detailed finish packages throughout. The project also required careful coordination within a historically designated Beverly Hills building, preserving the existing structure while delivering a modern, high-end office environment designed around collaboration, privacy, technology, and day-to-day functionality.
