Kime Builders completed a specialized tenant improvement for Premier Cardiology at 401 Old Newport Boulevard, Suite 201 in Newport Beach, California, centered around the installation and integration of a PET-CT imaging system within an existing medical office suite. The project included selective demolition, construction of new interior partitions, and a highly coordinated build-out to support the PET-CT machine, including equipment room layout, control areas, patient support spaces, and associated infrastructure. Work also included upgraded finishes and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to accommodate the operational and spatial requirements of advanced medical imaging equipment. The result is a purpose-built cardiology imaging suite designed to support efficient diagnostics, patient flow, and clinical performance.
