Kime Builders completed a tenant improvement for South Bay Golf Club at 1601 Pacific Coast Highway, Suite 180 in Hermosa Beach, California, transforming 2,307 square feet of existing commercial space into a state-of-the-art indoor golf training facility. The project included selective demolition of existing interior walls and ceilings, construction of new partitions, and the build-out of multiple dedicated golf training bays with integrated technology infrastructure to support launch monitors, projectors, and digital displays. Additional scope included new hard-lid and open ceilings, upgraded lighting, power and data distribution, and custom interior finishes, resulting in a high-performance training environment designed for instruction, practice, and customer experience.
